This is a genuine wrestling fight, just as is a MMA fight, a thai boxing fight, a judo fight, etc ....
I don't speak german and I don't know this man but as long as he is aware that this is wrestling, there should be no confusion.

It is technically a fight, it's just not a very serious or dangerous one. It's certainly not something I would put out as an example of taiji's fighting awesomeness. I saw this on a facebook post where someone put it up to legitimize some point about taiji (or maybe themselves) as being hardcore tough stuff, and in that context I found it pretty funny.

It looks quite similar, and along the lines of what the Chenjiagou "fight team" demonstrates. It's unfortunate most people would think this is Taijiquan, and only a few would take a step back and wonder "wait a minute, does it all just boil down to Judo/wrestling?"

Is this true though? Do they have a test before entry?
I recall hearing about trying to discourage non-Taiji people from joining Tuishou competitions because they were beating Taiji people. One thing they did was to add some required choreographed Tuishou sequence (like the drills) before the real pushing began, so the non-Taiji people needed to know that or they're disqualified.
