Well, I think we have solved the Paypal issue. We ran a successful test, but the system later reversed a subscription that someone bought, possibly due to too many attempts. So At this point I can say Stripe works well, and Paypal, we need another new (someone with no history of trying to buy that subscription) volunteer.
IF you have perviously used Paypal to buy a subscription and you do not see an upgrade, check to see if your payment has been refunded and contact me or try Stripe.
