Hunyuan Taiji - Philip Ho

He seems pretty excited to have been chosen for this video, a potential boon for his popularity. As usual though, a bit of over excited ego goes along with the situation. At around 14:32 he encounters a bit of a reality check as cringey laughter saves the day.

I'm not sure if he was chosen given that at the very start of the video, the narrator says that while they were interviewing another teacher who does Bak Mei, they "bumped into" this Taiji guy who was "very keen" on showing them his Taiji. The video takes place in a Bak Mei school and the title of the video says "bonus ep". Every other episode so far has been about Southern Chinese martial arts. I don't think planned on meeting a Taiji guy.

I am getting the impression that Philip chose them as opposed to the other way around.

Right, he is ambitious. By "chosen" I mean they allowed him.

From the comments:
"This was not a planned interview, while we were filming Daniel Lai and his Bak Mei, the guy who had given us the space to film decided to give us an in promptu demo of his Hunyuan Taiji."
Since it was Philip Ho's space, they probably felt a bit obligated.
