This looks a lot like my own training. Of course this will “never work in MMA” but it’s great nonetheless. Without the gloves, looks like Taijiquan striking.
Use the left hand to attack the outside vulnerable areas (side and back). We have the advantage from those positions.
The attacks on the outside may force the southpaw fighter to try to move away from our left hand attacks, which will put them in line with our strong right hand for the big punch.

I've long had a hobby of assessing side-dominance in sketchy passersby on a sidewalk . . . seems like a good thing to know beforehand . . . now maybe I have some use for the data . . . .?
